Your responsibilities also include: Ensuring shelves are always faced and well-stocked Ensuring all products have price tags on the shelves Updating signage in the store Handling complaints and grievances according to applicable guidelines and in a professional manner Maintaining order in the store so everything is kept clean This position is a permanent employment on a zero-hours contract where requests will be made but there is no minimum hours requirement. We are open when our customers want to shop, which means working hours may vary – days, evenings & weekends. Experience and competence in retail sales is a merit Experience and competence in service roles is a merit Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures is a merit Must be at least 18 years old as you will be responsible for the cash register It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales.
