Sales Representative Växjö, Jönköping or Kalmar and surrounding areas We are now looking for you who wants to take on the role of sales representative with us at Pictura. We are seeking an engaged and responsible employee with plenty of energy and a keen sense for commerce and service. As a sales representative with us, you are responsible for your entire district regarding sales, revenue and budgeting. We want you to be a team leader who works closely with the regional manager and the entire team of consultants. As a sales representative, you also help your consultants on the team sell parts of our product range and work towards established, common goals. Together with the regional manager, you will lead team meetings and are responsible for budget monitoring and sales follow-up in your district. As a sales representative with us, you have no direct personnel responsibility but work with overall district responsibility. Both consultants and sales representatives report directly to the regional manager. About the job Being a sales representative at Pictura involves, among other things, responsibility for: - selling the Pictura group's product range to both grocery retail and specialty retail. - daily managing both existing and new prospective customers within the district. - selling/serving customers with exposure for the best placement in stores and providing support and expert advice on our products. - traveling together with your consultants to achieve the highest service level for customers. - actively participating in digital meetings, physical meetings and sales conferences. - together with the regional manager, recruiting/training/equipping resource personnel and planning schedules together with your consultants. The work requires that you are structured with great sense of responsibility. You are able to work independently within fixed frameworks and planning schedules. You are thorough and results-oriented. Both you as a sales representative and our consultants are Pictura's face to our customers, and it is important to be able to create good and long-term relationships. Previous experience from Grocery Retail (DVH) is a merit for this position. About the position: This is a full-time position and we would like you to live in Växjö, alternatively Jönköping or Kalmar.
