As a sales associate at Telia's store in Täby, your task is to understand each customer's service and product needs and create customized solutions based on that. My name is Gustav Hellström and I'm the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in achieving success in sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work involves helping customers find the right products for both personal and professional life. Cases range from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, and the latest mobile phones, to how business customers can set up or improve their phone systems. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We're looking for someone who loves building customer relationships, takes initiative, and is driven by finding the right solution for each customer – and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, via phone, and other sales activities).
