As a sales associate at Telia's store in Örebro, your task is to understand each customer's needs for services and products and based on that create customized solutions. My name is Shvan Samman and I'm Store Leader; my goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work involves helping customers find the right products for both personal and work life. Tasks range from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their phone systems. Telia is at the forefront when it comes to these services and products, and our employees are experts when it comes to customer solutions. We're looking for you who love creating customer relationships, take own initiative, and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer—and of course you enjoy sales (both in-store, by phone & other sales activities).
