My name is Julia and I am the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and constant learning. Our daily work consists of supporting customers in finding the right products for both personal and business use. Tasks involve everything from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how business customers can set up or improve their telephone exchanges. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts when it comes to customer solutions.
We are looking for you who love creating customer relationships, take your own initiative, and are driven by finding the right solution for each customer – and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, over the phone & other sales activities). Previous experience from sales and/or service positions is an advantage.
