As a sales associate at Telia's store in Halmstad, your task is to understand each customer's service and product needs and, based on that, create customized solutions. My name is Sami Dalali and I'm the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in succeeding with sales and service. What I love about my job is the variety and continuous learning. Our daily work involves helping customers find the right products for both personal and work life. Cases involve everything from suitable broadband subscriptions, TV packages, the latest mobile phones, but also how corporate customers can set up or improve their telephone exchange systems. Telia is at the forefront when it comes to these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions. We're looking for someone who loves building customer relationships, takes own initiative, and is driven to find the right solution for each customer – and of course, you enjoy selling (both in-store, over the phone, and other sales activities).
