We are now looking for a part-time (50%) sales associate at Myrorna Stockholm, Adolf Fredrik. As a sales associate at Myrorna, your main responsibility will be to be available to customers, listen to their needs, and ensure that the store inspires them to make purchases. There is a strong focus on sales in this role, and delivering excellent customer service. In addition to this, your tasks will also include cashier duties, valuation, merchandising, physical and digital product display, warehouse work, unpacking goods, receiving merchandise, and store cleaning. To succeed in this role, you have current retail experience from the retail sector, and we would prefer that you have experience working with visual merchandising in stores to ensure an inspiring store environment that creates a desire to shop through effective product displays. You thrive in a sales role with extensive customer contact. As a person, you learn new information and knowledge easily so that you are well-equipped to quickly get into the role. You have strong social skills and the ability to create good and trusting collaboration with your colleagues. Since conditions in the store can change from one day to the next, it is important that you enjoy working in a changing environment. You are organized, independent, service-oriented, flexible, enjoy working at a fast pace, and can handle physically demanding work. Of course, you have a strong interest in fashion and interior design, and we assess that you need to have mastery of Swedish language both spoken and written. Salary is set according to the applicable collective agreement. This is a permanent position at 50%, which begins with a probationary period. Working hours vary, but there is a great need during daytime hours. We therefore see it as positive if you are flexible and can also work evenings and weekends.
