Together with engaged colleagues, you create memorable experiences and customer interactions – every day. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you are a key person in the store's daily operations. You actively work with sales, service, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked, inspiring, and ready to meet customers. With a focus on care, business sense, and customer needs, you create a personal and positive customer experience. Your Responsibilities Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer interaction Work with needs-based sales and offer comprehensive solutions Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, and that products are price-marked Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and expired goods according to procedures Participate in campaign and sales result follow-ups Report operational disruptions and safety risks to the responsible person Contribute to a safe, ergonomic, and pleasant work environment and a positive workplace climate with teamwork and inclusion We Are Looking For Someone Who Has a genuine interest in sales and customer service Is solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven Contributes positive energy and teamwork Has good communication skills and enjoys a fast-paced environment Has retail sales experience (merit but not required) The Position Permanent employment at 80%, starting with a 6-month probationary period Start date by agreement.
