Description As a sales associate, you are a key person in the daily operations of the store. We are now looking for someone to strengthen our regular staff. Responsibilities Create a professional, inspiring, and personal customer experience Work with needs-based sales Ensure the store is well-stocked and appealing Handle customer inquiries and complaints Contribute to a positive work environment with teamwork and inclusion Qualifications Have a genuine interest in sales and customer service Are solution-oriented, responsible, and business-driven Contribute with positive energy and teamwork Have good communication skills and thrive in an active pace Have experience in retail sales (desirable but not required) Terms This is a fixed-term position with a start date by agreement. The position includes some evening work and working every other weekend. Mio is one of Sweden's leading furniture and interior design chains with stores throughout the country.
