We are now looking for a driven and committed sales representative for our facility in Jönköping. About the Role As a sales representative at J BIL, you will be responsible for managing both new and existing customer contacts with the goal of selling new and used cars. You will work with the entire sales process from first customer contact and needs analysis to trade-in, financing, contract signing, delivery, and follow-up. Who Are You? We are looking for an established sales representative with documented strong results. It is highly valuable if you have experience from the automotive industry or other sales involving more complex financing. To succeed in this role, we see that you: - Have a natural ability to create and develop long-term customer relationships. - Are goal-oriented, business-driven, and structured. - Have strong personal drive and high energy levels. - Are a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. - Are solution-oriented and create added value for the customer. - Have good computer skills and are comfortable with digital communication, as a large part of business today is conducted via phone and digital channels. - Master Swedish very well in speech and writing. - Hold a B-category driver's license. You are engaged in your own development and are motivated by continuously improving your sales skills.
