About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present selected items from our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are held primarily in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or online. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and collecting payments from customers at the time of sale. More Than Love manages customer service and administration, while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, explaining the products in an informative, relaxed, and safe way that brings both laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - finds it easy to make connections and build trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and take responsibility for orders and customer payments related to your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
