About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present selections from our product line in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are primarily held in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or digitally. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You are responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and collecting customer payments at the time of sale. More Than Love manages customer service and administration while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product line, presenting products in an informative, lighthearted, and safe way that brings both laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - finds it easy to connect with people and build trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and manage orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
