About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present parts of our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are held mainly in the evenings and weekends in private homes, at events, or online. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments related to sales. More Than Love manages customer service and administration, while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, describing the products in an informative, lighthearted, and reassuring way that sparks laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - has a natural ability to build rapport and establish trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and take responsibility for orders and customer payments related to your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
