About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present portions of our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are primarily held in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or digitally. You decide when and how much you want to work. More Than Love is responsible for training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You are responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with your sales. More Than Love handles customer service and administration, while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase portions of our product range, describing the products in an informative, lighthearted, and safe way that both brings laughter and sparks curiosity. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - finds it easy to make connections and build trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can enter into the company's direct sales agreement and take responsibility for orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties. A driver's license is a bonus but not required.
