About the Role As an independent direct sales representative for More Than Love, you plan and conduct your own home parties with our support. You host our popular home parties where you present parts of our product range in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Parties are held primarily in the evenings and on weekends in private homes, at events, or digitally. You decide for yourself when and how much you want to work. More Than Love handles training, booking support, marketing materials, and ongoing support. You're responsible for conducting your home parties, taking orders, and handling customer payments in connection with sales. More Than Love takes care of customer service and administration, while you focus on creating a positive experience and inspiring new discoveries. During a party, you showcase parts of our product range, telling customers about the products in an informative, relaxed, and trustworthy way that sparks both laughter and curiosity. Qualifications We're looking for someone who: - is open, positive, and comfortable in social settings - has an easy time building rapport and establishing trust - enjoys speaking in front of groups - is thorough, independent, and punctual - has basic computer skills and internet access - can sign the company's direct sales agreement and take responsibility for orders and customer payments in connection with your home parties. A driver's license is a plus but not required.
