Sales Representative for Moving and Cleaning Services

Are you driven, customer-focused, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? KAK i Västra Mälardalen AB is now looking for an engaged sales representative who wants to help us develop our moving and cleaning services business. About the Position As a sales representative with us, you'll work from our office and interact with both private individuals and businesses. You'll handle incoming customer inquiries while actively contacting new potential customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Contacting new customers by phone and email • Receiving and following up on incoming customer inquiries • Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate services • Creating quotes and following deals through to booking • Following up on previous quotes and customer contacts • Building long-term relationships with private and business customers • Working toward clear sales targets We're Looking for Someone Who • Is positive, social, and trustworthy • Enjoys talking with people and establishing new customer contacts • Is driven and motivated by sales and clear goals • Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing • Is organized, thorough, and takes personal responsibility • Has good computer skills and learns new systems quickly Previous experience in sales or customer service is a merit. Experience in the moving or cleaning industry is a plus, but not required. We place great importance on your personality, attitude, and willingness to develop.
