We're building the platform that changes that – specifically for Swedish construction companies – and we're looking for a salesperson who wants to be part of it from the beginning. In construction projects, roughly one-third of work time goes to searching for information, clarifying uncertainties, and correcting errors. Lomex AI is built to solve that – project managers get answers to compliance questions with source references in seconds, make their own project documents searchable, and record construction meetings that become finished meeting minutes and risk analyses. About the role You're involved in an early stage and shape how we tackle the market. You book meetings and drive deals from the first conversation to signed contract, working with construction companies, project management firms, and technical consultants. Everything happens remotely, with close support directly from the founding team. What we offer This is a pure commission role – with unlimited upside for you if you deliver. Who we're looking for You have sales experience from before – whether it's B2B, retail, phone sales, or something else. What matters is that you know what it's like to sell and close deals. You're comfortable working independently toward clear goals, build trust with decision-makers, and don't fear a "no" – you see it as information, not a stop sign.
