Through our close collaboration with Monitor ERP System, we operate throughout Sweden. Our office is located in Tidaholm and we currently have 15 employees. Your responsibilities: You will primarily assist our technicians and developers with quotes, follow-up, and case management. You will also provide some technical support to our customers. You will mainly work from our office in Tidaholm as we operate as a tight-knit team and see benefits in having everyone on-site. About you We are looking for someone who is social, pleasant, and has experience selling hardware/software. Technical interest and knowledge of the Monitor business system are seen as advantages, as is having good telephone communication skills. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with IT support in a Microsoft environment. Interviews will begin in mid-August due to vacation periods.
