As a Deli Counter Sales Associate, you are responsible for performing all common store tasks and ensuring the best possible customer service. You are an important face of the company and work according to Coop's guidelines, procedures, and values. You are a key person in customer interactions and in creating a pleasant and inspiring store.
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you meet many people every day. You take responsibility, collaborate well with others, and actively contribute to an inclusive work environment. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good physical fitness as the work can involve heavy lifting, and that you have a strong willingness to learn and develop in your role.
Main responsibilities
Product ordering
Restocking and facing merchandise
Building eye-catching displays
Working at the deli counter
But may also include
Cashier work
Handling complaints and claims according to procedures
Stock checks, cleaning, and maintaining order in the store, warehouse, and staff areas
Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
Following waste reduction and shrinkage procedures
Contributing to continuous improvements and a good work environment
Depending on the store's needs, you may also work with:
Returns, receiving inspections, and delivery notes
Handling CAO systems
Price labeling and promotional signage
Price changes
Opening and closing the store according to current procedures.

This is a permanent position at 30 hours/week with immediate start or by agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled during daytime, evening, and weekends. We use a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Requirements
Good Swedish in speech and writing is required
18 years of age, as you must be able to work independently at the register
Punctuality
Meritorious:
Experience and skills from retail and/or other service professions are advantageous
High school education.
Multilingual abilities.
Basic knowledge of store economics or food handling.
