Sales Representative for Monster Energy Drink – Lidköping - Uddevalla

Sweden's fastest-growing energy drink brand continues to expand – now we're growing our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey. We're looking for you, preferably based in Lidköping, Uddevalla, Trollhättan, and Vänersborg or nearby. You are goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, excellent at building trust, and through creative actions create the best conditions in-store for consumer engagement – that's who we're looking for. We'd like to see experience from sales in the Grocery or Service retail trade, and experience from the beverage department is a plus. If you've worked in a store in the beverage department, that's also valuable experience. The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop sales of our products in existing stores through assortment, display, and campaigns. Implementation of central market activations and campaigns in stores. Training and coaching of beverage staff in stores. Identify and find new resellers of our products. You report your work performed in our CRM system. EXPERIENCE Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry. Previously worked in your own sales district with budget and responsibility for your targets. MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word. Driving license category B. Business-level English. THE DISTRICT The district is well-established and includes the main cities Uddevalla, Trollhättan, Vänersborg, Lidköping, and Strömstad.
