Sales Representative for Monster Energy Drink – Karlstad / Örebro

Sweden's fastest-growing energy drink brand continues to expand – we are now growing our successful sales team to reach even more customers and drive the next phase of our growth journey. We are looking for you, preferably based in Örebro or Karlstad. We seek someone who is goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, skilled at building trust, and through creative action creates the best conditions in-store with consumers. We would like to see that you have experience in sales to Grocery or Service retail, and if you additionally have experience from the Beverage department, that is particularly meritorious. If you have worked in retail in the Beverage department, that is also meritorious. The employer is Monster Energy Sweden, but recruitment is handled by Nextstore Group AB. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Develop sales of our products in existing stores through assortment, display, and campaigns. Implementation of central market activations and campaigns in stores. Training and coaching of beverage managers in store. Identify and find new resellers of our products. You report your completed work in our CRM system. EXPERIENCE Sales experience – preferably within the grocery and beverage industry. Previously worked in your own sales district with budget and responsibility for your targets. MS Office experience – comfortable with Excel and Word. Driver's license category B. Business-level English. THE DISTRICT The district is well-established from before and includes the main cities Örebro, Karlstad, Karlskoga, and Mariestad with surrounding areas.
