As a Sales Associate at Coop Andra Långgatan, you'll be responsible for performing all common store tasks and ensuring the best possible customer service. You're an important face of the store and work according to Coop's guidelines, procedures, and values. You're a key person in customer interactions and in creating a pleasant and inspiring store environment. To succeed in the role, we see that you have good physical fitness as the work can involve heavy lifting, and that you have a strong willingness to learn and develop in your role. Main responsibilities Stocking and facing merchandise Building sales displays Checkout work Handling complaints and grievances according to procedures self-inspections, cleaning, and organization in the store, warehouse, and staff areas Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment Following inventory and shrinkage procedures Contributing to continuous improvements and a good work environment Depending on store needs, you may also work with: Merchandise ordering Returns, receiving checks, and packing slips Handling CAO Price labeling and promotional signage Price changes Opening and closing the store according to applicable procedures. Requirements Good Swedish in speech and writing is required 18 years of age, as you must be able to work independently at the checkout Meritorious: Experience and skills from retail and/or other service professions are advantageous High school diploma.
