About the position As a car sales representative, you work independently throughout the entire sales process – from first customer contact to closing the deal. You work proactively with customer follow-up, meet customers in the showroom, at events, and by phone. The goal is to build long-term relationships and deliver professional customer service in every transaction. What we're looking for We're seeking someone with an interest in sales and service who enjoys working closely with customers. You're driven, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating results. Experience with customer service or service work Experience with proactive sales (a merit) Post-secondary education in sales/marketing (a merit) Good computer skills Good Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license (required) Other information The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period. Placement is at Bilia VWB in Norrköping. Working hours follow a rotating schedule and weekend shifts are included.
