About the job as Sales Manager Self-Care Advisor at Hjärtat
As a self-care advisor at Hjärtat, you'll alternate between providing advice and sales within prescription and self-care products. In this role, you contribute your expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success.
As Sales Manager, you're responsible for driving increased sales of merchandise and over-the-counter medications at your pharmacy. Together with your pharmacy manager, you'll optimize Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities. The Sales Manager role also involves taking initiative in activities and exercises that promote sales, such as competitions and campaign follow-ups. Your task is to coach your colleagues in customer service, sales, and advice!

The pharmacy is located next to a well-functioning health center.
Customer flow/cases
We have a stable customer flow with many regular customers, making the work both developmental and stimulating with opportunities for long-term customer relationships. With us, you'll have varied tasks including display work, merchandise picking, inventory management, expiration date checks, revisions, and customer interactions.
Type of employment
This is a permanent position. Full-time or part-time can be discussed.
We're open 09-17 on weekdays. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Are you the person we're looking for?
We're looking for someone trained as a pharmacy technician or self-care advisor. You're either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacy technician and recognize yourself in this description:
You show interest and commitment in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat
You take responsibility for meeting the demands placed on you as a pharmacy technician and seek help from your team when needed
You contribute a positive attitude and look for simple solutions in daily work
