About the Role
As a sales receptionist, you are our face to the world and the first person our members meet. You welcome visitors, help new and existing members, and ensure that every person receives a professional, personal, and warm reception.
You actively work with selling memberships and our other services, while helping our members find the right solutions based on their goals and needs. The role also includes administrative tasks and close collaboration with other staff members at the facility.

You are solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoy taking own initiative.
You have good organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks at once.
You understand that excellent service is about listening, building trust, and exceeding customer expectations.
You enjoy sales and are motivated by working toward both individual and shared goals.
You have a strong desire to develop and contribute to both your own success and the team's success.
Previous experience in service and sales is a merit.
Experience from the fitness or wellness industry is a merit, but not a requirement.
You can work daytime, evenings, and every other weekend.
