About the Position As a sales receptionist, you are our face to the world and the first person our members meet. You welcome visitors, assist new and existing members, and ensure that every person receives a professional, personal, and warm welcome. You actively work on selling memberships and our other services, while helping our members find the right solutions based on their goals and needs. The role also includes administrative tasks and close collaboration with other staff members at the facility. We Are Looking for You If You Are social, positive, and enjoy working with people. Have a natural commitment to service and always prioritize the member. Are solution-oriented, take responsibility, and like to take own initiatives. Have good organizational skills and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Understand that truly great service is about listening, building trust, and exceeding customer expectations. Enjoy sales and are motivated to work toward both individual and team goals. Have a strong desire to develop and contribute to both your own and the team's success. Previous experience in service and sales is a merit. Experience from the fitness or wellness industry is a merit, but not a requirement. Can work daytime, evenings, and every other weekend.
