Sales-Focused Customer Service Representative

What does the job involve? You have daily contact with customers via phone where you help, guide, and identify opportunities to offer relevant products and services. The focus is primarily on outbound calls where you follow up with customers, present solutions, and in a simple and natural way ensure that the customer's needs are matched with the right offer. It is about creating good customer experiences, building trust, and at the same time capitalizing on the opportunities that arise in the dialogue. You work in a structured manner toward set goals and become an important part of a team that values pace, collaboration, and clear results. The position is located in Stockholm.
