About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment. You'll be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. There are opportunities for extending the assignment. The assignment period is a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as a regular employee. Responsibilities As a sales-focused B2B customer service representative, you handle only incoming calls and inquiries from Telia's existing business customers by phone. Common issues customers call about include wanting to switch providers or cancel their service or subscription. Your main task is to listen to the customer's needs and determine the actual reason they want to cancel the agreement. Based on their needs, you inform them about Telia's service offerings that could provide a better solution to retain them as satisfied customers. This makes upselling a natural part of the conversation and the service you're expected to provide. Examples of responsibilities: • Receive incoming calls from business customers • Conduct needs analyses and understand the customer's situation • Present solutions and work with upselling • Handle cancellation dialogues and work on customer retention Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed upper secondary education • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Meritorious: • Experience selling to business customers • Experience from a service desk or similar function To thrive in this role, you are someone who is curious about the customer's situation and takes responsibility for driving the dialogue forward. You listen actively, ask relevant questions, and adapt your communication to each customer you interact with. You are motivated by achieving results and are persistent in your approach even when dialogues become challenging. At the same time, you are solution-oriented and see opportunities in every contact. You take initiative in your work and enjoy a social role with varying work pace.
