We at Randstad Operational Talent Solutions (OTS) are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Talent Manager / Consultant Manager to join our team in Borås. We help local operations in production, warehousing and logistics (blue collar) with smart and flexible staffing solutions. We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with a genuine passion for people. The Role: 360-degree responsibility with focused sales drive As a sales-driven Talent Manager, you are the engine in our client collaborations and build your own success from the ground up. It is a dynamic hybrid role where you act as a business developer, recruiter, and leader in one. You move freely between our office in Borås, client visits in the surrounding area, and coaching conversations with your consultants. Your areas of responsibility in brief: Proactive Sales & Business Development: Identify, contact and build long-term relationships with both new and existing customers in industry, warehousing and logistics in the Borås area. You are their strategic advisor and solve their staffing needs. Candidate Attraction & Recruitment: Build candidate pools within warehousing, logistics and industry and drive the entire recruitment process from job posting to employment. Personnel Responsibility & Leadership: Act as a present, supportive and coaching manager for your employed consultants on assignment. You handle everything from onboarding and follow-ups to development conversations. Administration & Coordination: Manage contracts, scheduling, payroll data and invoicing to ensure high quality at all levels. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong sales drive who thrives in fast-paced environments. You don't need to have done everything before, but you must have the right attitude, sharpness and a winning mentality. Background: Proven experience from sales (B2B/B2C), service or a leadership/coordination role (e.g., salesperson, team leader or coordinator). Experience from the staffing industry is a merit. Sales and Networking Drive: You see opportunities everywhere, are not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy building strong customer relationships. Communication Skills: You find it easy to build trust and express yourself freely in both Swedish and English.
