About the Role: As a sales-focused team leader with us, you'll have a role with great variety. You'll actively be out in the field meeting homeowners to present our solutions in solar panels, battery storage, and energy-efficient windows. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility by supporting, coaching, and developing our field sales team in the Helsingborg area. This role is for you if you still love sales and want to continue closing your own deals, but are also driven by helping others succeed. You'll track results, share your experience, and contribute to creating motivation and engagement in the team. Who Are You? We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is motivated by clear goals, and has experience in direct sales. You're self-driven, solution-oriented, and have a natural ability to build trust with both customers and colleagues.
