We are now looking for a structured and communicative sales administrator for our client in Billdal. In this role, you will be an important part of the sales organization and work closely with our partners in an international industrial environment. Start: As soon as possible End: 6 months with possibility of extension for the right person Location: Billdal Scope: Full-time, on-site Employment type: Consulting assignment via Jefferson Wells About the role As a sales administrator, you have a central and coordinating role in the sales organization. You are responsible for receiving and registering customer inquiries, initiating orders, ensuring correct customer and price information in the systems, and supporting the sales team in daily operations. The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with both production units throughout Europe and other internal functions, as well as external customers when needed. Your main responsibilities include: Receive and register customer inquiries/RFQs and new orders according to established processes Support the sales team and Global Account Managers with analyses, reports and decision-making materials When needed, create and manage quotations Ensure that customer, price and order information is correct and up-to-date in CRM and ERP systems Coordinate internal customer teams, meetings and follow-up Handle customer service matters and serve as a central internal contact point Contribute to improvement work and ensure compliance with governing processes and procedures Who fits the role? Requirements: Experience with administrative work, preferably in sales support or back office Good system experience, for example CRM, ERP and Excel Fluent Excel user Ability to structure, prioritize and create order Good communication skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
