Operational Booking, Event & Sales Manager – Engsholms Slott Would you like to work in a beautiful castle setting and have a key role in booking, sales, and planning? Engsholms Slott is now seeking an experienced and driven booking manager. About the Role You are responsible for the entire booking process – from quote to execution and follow-up – for conferences, events, weddings, and private guests. The role is both operational and strategic with a focus on sales, customer relations, and optimization of booking channels. Selected Responsibilities Manage bookings and quotes (B2B & B2C) Plan and coordinate events, weddings, and conferences Work with upselling and customer care Administration in booking systems (Visbook, BookVisit) Follow-up, invoicing, and statistics Collaboration with other departments Reception and guest check-in We Are Looking for You Have experience from hotels/booking/sales Are structured, thorough, and service-oriented Have strong business focus and enjoy high-pace environments Have good system skills (merit: Visbook/BookVisit) Are driven by sales and understand financial profitability Other Information Full-time, permanent On-site work (Mörkö) We hope you live in our nearby area. Weekend work occurs Driver's license and car required, as public transportation is limited
