About Folkspel Folkspel Ideell Förening is 100% owned by the people's movements, through 72 national organizations with approximately 5 million members. We are 135 employees with an annual turnover of 1.5 billion SEK. Our mission is to enable the association movement to continue its important work through lottery operations. Over the years, Folkspel's products have generated over 18 billion kronor to Swedish associations. About the Role In this role, you will drive Folkspel's sales directly to consumers and lead a team of five people. With a strong focus on e-commerce and digital subscription business, you are responsible for leading the digital growth journey. Your primary focus is to optimize the digital experience, drive conversion, and maximize profitability in digital channels. You will work closely with CRM, marketing, and tech teams, using data and customer insights to prioritize the right initiatives. An important part of the assignment is to drive projects around retention and customer loyalty. You are responsible for how Folkspel meets and develops new and existing subscribers and work data-driven with behavior, churn, customer lifetime value, and customer acquisition. In the role, you will work cross-functionally with close collaboration with product, communications, CRM, and tech. The role is not technically operational, but you need to be able to understand the digital agenda and set requirements based on needs. Your main areas of responsibility will be: - Lead and develop Folkspel's B2C business with responsibility for sales and results. - Develop e-commerce, subscription business, and recurring purchases. - Drive customer loyalty, retention, and increased customer value. - Set annual plans, campaign plans, and commercial priorities. - Follow up on investments and results based on data and customer insights. - Lead and develop the team and create clear goals, responsibilities, and ways of working. - Collaborate with specialist expertise in, among other things, CRM, CRO, and performance. During your first year, an important task will be to create structure and direction for the team and business. You are expected to drive the company's ongoing work on loyalty concepts toward implementation and establish a clear roadmap for the continued development of the consumer business. Your Background You have a strong commercial background in B2C and experience developing sales in a consumer-facing business. It is particularly relevant if you have worked in e-commerce, subscriptions, memberships, media, or another business where recurring purchases and long-term customer relationships are central. You understand how sales, marketing, CRM, and digital channels need to work together to create growth. We would like to see that you have: - Experience in sales and commercial development within B2C. - Experience in e-commerce, subscription, or other recurring business models. - Good understanding of customer loyalty, retention, and customer value. - Experience working data-driven with sales and commercial priorities. - Experience leading and developing people. - Ability to combine strategic work with close operational execution. - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. As a person, you are business-driven, proactive, and curious. You create structure and direction but also thrive close to operations and the people around you. You make things happen and have the ability to bring different expertise together around common commercial goals. Why This Role is Interesting This is an opportunity to take broad commercial responsibility in a business with an established operation and at the same time significant development potential. You will have the mandate to influence how Folkspel develops its consumer business, from e-commerce and traffic driving to subscriptions, loyalty, and how value in the existing customer base can be developed over time. At the same time, there is a dimension that sets Folkspel apart from many other consumer companies. As the business develops, there are also greater opportunities to generate surpluses for Swedish associations. For you who want to combine business development, digital growth, and leadership with a clear purpose, this is a role with the opportunity to make a real difference.
