The Swedish operation has 20 employees and headquarters in Solna: https://www.linak.se/ We are now seeking a Sales Engineer for the strategic business unit (SBU) TECHLINE® which focuses on robust actuator systems for demanding industrial environments. Location: Southern Sweden, e.g., Jönköping. The team is responsible for sales, product customization, and projects for actuator systems to customers in the industrial segment. Seek new application areas (for LINAK solutions) or, with the help of LINAK's product portfolio, find new customers who may need our help. · Drive/follow up on new business opportunities that arise from your own sales work, marketing campaigns, exhibitions, or other leads. · Develop strong relationships with customers' decision-makers, such as designers, engineers, owners, procurement managers, CEOs, etc. · Conduct needs analysis and, together with LINAK's technical expertise, propose the most optimal and value-creating solution for the customer. · Drive customer projects by being 1) a technical advisor in the customer's evaluation of LINAK solutions, and 2) the customer's voice internally at LINAK. · Contribute positive energy and enjoy working together with colleagues and customers. We know that when you have fun together, the results are also good! · You report to the Business Area Manager within TECHLINE. The sales engineer role does not include personnel management. Experience & Competencies We believe the right person has experience selling technical products and solutions. We are looking for you with the following experience/competencies: · You are experienced in OEM sales within the B2B sector, have a strong technical interest, and it's a plus if you have good knowledge of electronics, automation, and/or mechanics/mechatronics. It is beneficial if you have experience in component sales and/or pneumatics/hydraulics. · Strong inner drive and high energy, understand that high activity levels (e.g., many customer meetings) produce results, and that good preparation is the path to success. · Strategic, analytical, and experienced with long-term business relationships. · Experienced in prospecting and booking customer meetings. · Strong communication skills, skilled in oral and written presentations. · Creative and solution-oriented. · Digitally competent in basic Office tools, CRM systems, LinkedIn, and AI applications to streamline daily work. · Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. · Willing and able to travel for work, approximately 50 hotel nights per year. · Valid driver's license.
