Sales Assistant Under Armour Mall of Scandinavia

We are strengthening our Under Armour team at Mall of Scandinavia! Are you a driven and service-oriented sales professional who loves retail, fitness, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are now looking for a new colleague to join our Under Armour team at Mall of Scandinavia. We are seeking someone with at least two years of retail experience who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, clear sales targets, and significant personal responsibility. To thrive in this role, you need to be highly flexible and able to work during all of the store's operating hours – weekdays, evenings, and weekends. About the Role As a Sales Associate at Under Armour, you will be a vital part of the store team and an ambassador for the brand. Together with your colleagues, you will create an inspiring store environment, provide our customers with personalized service, and help the store reach its sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Providing every customer with professional, engaged, and personalized service Actively working with sales and store key metrics Helping customers find the right products based on their needs Ensuring the store is always well-stocked, inspiring, and commercial Handling merchandise, restocking, inventory, and cash Following brand guidelines for visual merchandising and customer experience Contributing to a positive team spirit and helping the team reach shared goals Being flexible and supporting operations where needed most We Are Looking for Someone Who Has at least two years of documented retail experience Is confident in a sales-focused and customer-oriented role Can work flexibly during weekdays, evenings, and weekends Is responsible, solution-oriented, and self-directed Thrives working toward clear goals and key metrics Has a strong interest in sports, fitness, fashion, or an active lifestyle Is unpretentious and enjoys working with others Has strong communication skills in Swedish and English Is detail-oriented and understands the importance of order, structure, and the store's overall impression We value the right attitude highly.
