Sales & Activation Representative at Fitness24Seven

Do you want to work hands-on with events, activations, drive sales and have a great time along the way? We're looking for an engaged and energetic Sales & Activation Representative to join our sales and marketing team. This is an operational role for someone who wants to meet people, create experiences and contribute to our growth across Sweden. You thrive in the field, enjoy a fast pace and appreciate variety in your daily work. One week you might work at a large running event with thousands of participants, the next week you could be at a gym opening or executing a local activation. Practical Information 50% - 70% - We are flexible and can adjust your employment level based on your circumstances Until further notice Based from: Kista Travel within Sweden is a natural and recurring part of the role Evening and weekend work occurs You'll work closely with the Sales & Activation Team Lead, report to the Marketing Manager Sweden & Norway, and be part of the sales and marketing department. About the Role Examples of responsibilities: Represent Fitness24Seven at trade shows, gym openings, training events and other brand activations and sales-driving events throughout Sweden Participate in ideation, planning, execution, follow-up and further development of activations and events Contribute to sales by informing, inspiring and creating interest in potential memberships Manage logistics, staffing, materials and communication related to our activations Document activities through photos and videos for use in marketing and internal channels Collaborate closely with colleagues in operations, Corporate Sales and marketing to create engaging and brand-strengthening experiences Travel is a natural part of everyday work and many workdays include transport, setup and rigging of event spaces, execution of activities and dismantling after events conclude. This is an operational and physically demanding role where you meet people and ensure our activations become reality.
