Primary School Teacher

Laurenči Primary School, reg. No. 40900010699, invites applications for a primary school teacher position. Requirements: • Education and professional development in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on the Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Pedagogues"; • State language proficiency at the level established in regulatory acts; • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with students, their families, and colleagues; • Initiative, responsibility, and independence in fulfilling work duties; • Desire to create a modern, inspiring, and student-growth-focused learning environment. Responsibilities: • Implement the general basic education program in grades 2 and 3 of primary school in accordance with the state basic education standard and education program requirements; • Plan and ensure quality teaching processes appropriate to students' age and individual needs; • Monitor students' individual development and growth dynamics, analyze achieved results, and conduct self-analysis of your pedagogical work; • Perform class teacher duties and create a respectful, safe, and supportive classroom environment; • Develop positive and collaboration-oriented communication with students, their families, teachers, and other school staff; • Maintain teacher work documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and school institution standards; • Participate in school-wide activities, events, and professional collaboration processes.
