Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct classes implementing the education program in the relevant field according to State education standards, ensuring quality pedagogical processes.
• Perform classroom teacher duties.
• Collaborate with other subject teachers and students' parents.
• Conduct individual work with students.
• Assess students' academic achievements and monitor, research, and analyze progress.
Requirements:
• Education and further education according to the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 from September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Continuous Professional Development of Pedagogues." Can be a 3rd or 4th year pedagogy student in the relevant field.
• High sense of responsibility, precision.
• Ability to plan and organize your work.
We Offer:
• Part-time position: 18 contact hours (665.82 EUR/month) – salary according to tariff.
• Salary for full-time rate (36h/week) = 1410 eur/month (before taxes). (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 445 "Regulations on Pedagogue Compensation" and amendments)
• Contract. Indefinite employment.
• Possible additional paid work in extended day groups, etc. Possibility to implement interest education classes for a class or group of classes, with a program prepared by the teacher and approved by a commission.
• Salary payment method: Hourly wage.
