The role involves leading and executing major construction projects, where you will have overall responsibility for both planning and implementation in close collaboration with clients and internal project management. The position includes significant independent responsibility, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed according to established timelines and that documentation, quality assurance, and self-inspection requirements are met. Between construction projects, you will also handle service and installation assignments. These tasks are an important part of the role and contribute to a varied and developmental work environment.
The position is based from home. During construction projects, you typically follow the project's working hours, unless otherwise agreed with the client. Weekly meetings are held once a week at the office in Solna.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
Several years of experience as a lead security technician or supervisor
Experience with low-voltage systems, access control systems, and construction projects
Knowledge of door automation and door control
Experience with relevant systems: iLOQ, Axema, Rekyl
Experience working with self-inspections and technical documentation
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license
