We design efficient and flexible education based on competency supply needs and career transitions in working life, with initiatives for those far from the labor market. This increases residents' quality of life where more people take responsibility and contribute to a sustainable future. Competency supply is the word that unites us in our mission across all the activities we work with. Within the office, we have about 400 employees responsible for subsistence support according to the Social Services Act, municipal labor market measures, budget and debt counseling, and adult education from Swedish for immigrants to university college. We provide administrative support to the competency supply committee. To the operations support unit 1, we are now seeking a security coordinator who wants to be part of our continued work to quality assure and develop our office's security. Your responsibilities In this role, you'll have broad responsibility where you combine work within both security and preparedness as well as crisis management. You work strategically, preventatively, and operationally to develop the organization's ability to handle both everyday risks and major societal disruptions. You collaborate closely with management, operations, and external actors and have an important role in creating safety, continuity, and coordinated preparedness work. Part of the work is to monitor legal requirements, the external environment, and the municipality's directives, as well as being a close contact with the safety and security department and contributing to collaboration with external actors within civil preparedness. The work involves both strategic and operational responsibility, including development of planning materials, follow-up, and networking. Furthermore, you are responsible for educating and raising awareness among employees on security and preparedness-related issues, such as threats and violence as well as continuity management. You also mentor staff based on situations that arise and contribute to strengthening the organization's ability to prevent, handle, and follow up on incidents. Who are you? You have experience and knowledge of risk and damage management, security law, and physical and technical protection. You are accustomed to following and interpreting laws and implementing them in practical work within the organization.
