Security Coordinator – Security Protection Agreements

We are now seeking a Security Coordinator specializing in security protection agreements for Teracom About the Position This role is placed within our Security and Operations Department and involves overall responsibility for developing, implementing, and managing Teracom's process for security protection agreements and related contracts. You will lead security assessments, manage contacts with authorities and suppliers, and ensure that both our and our clients' protected assets are preserved in accordance with applicable requirements and legislation. You serve as a support and advisor to the organization on matters related to security protection agreements and security procedures, and act as a point of contact with both suppliers and authorities such as the Security Police and the Swedish Armed Forces. Duties and Responsibilities • Lead and develop Teracom's security processes surrounding external stakeholders and security protection agreements. • Develop, implement, and manage processes and system support for the entire lifecycle of security-related contracts. • Lead security assessments and specialized security protection assessments together with specialists. • Manage administration and liaison with the Security Police, supervisory authorities, and clients. • Follow up on and ensure implementation of security protection agreements, and support the organization on these matters. • Train the organization on security protection agreement processes and keep documentation current. • Participate in incident management, personnel security matters, and other security-related tasks as needed. Qualifications • Security-focused higher education/university degree or equivalent relevant security training. • Previous experience working with security protection agreements and/or other relevant security tasks. • Experience creating and leading projects or working groups. • Documented experience conducting background checks on individuals and/or companies. • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Class B driver's license. Other Requirements Employment requires a passed drug and alcohol test, background check, and security vetting with register verification. Swedish or Nordic citizenship is required.
