JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a security officer with us, you will play an important role in developing and implementing short- and long-term safety work. You report to the Unit Manager of Security and Work Environment at the water and wastewater division, but work closely with other colleagues with similar duties within the company. You support the water and wastewater operations in day-to-day work and develop an understanding of needs at our production and distribution facilities. As a security officer, you work operatively with a focus on structure, order, and quality, in close collaboration with colleagues from different parts of the organization.
Job responsibilities include:
• Administrative support related to security
• Register management
• Initial investigations
• Closing and follow-up meetings
• Security inspections
• Handling of functional mailbox
• Actively participate in the team's development and improve work processes to increase efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a clear focus on improvement and development. You are curious, see what can be done better, and contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen both working methods and results. You are used to handling multiple issues and putting them in their context to drive matters in the best way. You are attentive and engaging in your approach and have a willingness to develop and work for the company's best interests. You have good communication skills, are responsive, and feel confident in dialogue with colleagues throughout the organization. The ability to plan, drive, and follow up on your tasks are key competencies in this role.
For you to succeed in the role, we see that you have:
• Relevant education or equivalent work experience
• Experience with administrative security work, preferably within public sector operations
• Experience with register management, security inspections, and documentation
• Experience conducting simple investigations or fact-finding
• Experience working in case management systems or equivalent
• Good understanding of confidentiality, integrity, and handling of sensitive information
• Good IT skills and experience working with various systems
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
A B-class driver's license is considered a merit.

The position is a permanent position with placement at the head office in Ulvsunda, Bromma, but you will also move between our plants in Henriksdal, Bromma, Lovö, and Norsborg, as well as the office in Högdalen. Service vehicles are available.
