We are now seeking security experts in several areas who can support both projects and management for our local supply units at the Swedish Migration Agency. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to supporting the local supply section's staff by creating the best possible conditions for our operations within detention, accommodations, and administrative facilities.

Main Responsibilities
In your role as a security expert within local supply, you will work together with colleagues with various competencies in security and fire safety. Together, you will develop the section's working methods and approaches within local supply and local projects, with a focus on security. In your role, you will also support managers and colleagues in strategic analysis and improvement work within operations.
You will, among other things:
Assist project managers with knowledge of building technical security and security technology
Assist project managers with materials for schedules, budget materials, and other documentation
Lead and support security/technology sub-projects in local projects
Quality assure materials from suppliers
Review drawings
Cooperate with local organizations regarding security matters in projects
Contribute to developing working methods and regulatory documents
Follow up invoices from suppliers
Conduct site visits to perform inspections or other assessments and carry out risk and vulnerability analyses
Perform security assessments of facilities before renovation/modification or new procurement
The unit uses the project tool Antura, which means you will work largely in that tool. Your role also includes ensuring that developed procedures and regulations are followed. Furthermore, you create conditions for operations by coordinating, training, and providing support to operational security work.

You who apply have
Academic education of at least 120 credits in security or other education combined with relevant experience for the role
Experience working with physical security and security technology
Knowledge of the Theft Prevention Association's standards for burglary protection – Buildings and premises (SSF 200) and alarm classes (SSF 130)
Experience working in projects
Good communication skills and you express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
Swedish citizenship
It is meritorious if you have
Experience in designing security technology/security-classified environments
Experience working in fire protection
Experience in developing governing and supporting documents for physical security
Experience in monitoring and controlling physical security in a government agency or larger organization
Knowledge of security legislation
Experience working with information classification and confidential matters
Experience working in a secure/locked environment
Experience in training others in security
Experience in operation and management of security and fire safety technology
The position requires placement in a security classification and a security clearance with a records check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) will be conducted. Based on this, Swedish citizenship is required. The employment is contingent on a passed security clearance.
