Facilities Manager

Join our team! Valmiermuiža preschool educational institution "Burtiņš" (hereinafter – the Institution) is hiring a Facilities Manager for an indefinite period. The expected start date of employment is September 1, 2026. Work location: Ozolu iela 2A, Valmiermuiža, Valmieras pagasts, Valmieras novads. If you would like to: organize and manage facilities operations at the Institution; ensure timely technical maintenance and preventive servicing of the Institution's engineering systems (electrical grid, alarm systems, water supply and sewerage, heating system, pool); organize and oversee the work quality of technical staff; participate in budget planning and preparation of public procurement specifications; and you have: at least secondary vocational education; previous experience in equivalent work (experience in state or municipal institutions will be considered an advantage); ability to work with computers, office equipment, use internet resources and databases; ability to perform minor repairs; ability to navigate and apply regulatory acts in your work; competencies: planning and organizational skills and ability to perform work with quality; sense of responsibility, discipline, precision; communication and cooperation skills; psychological resilience; ability to work independently and in a team; we offer: 1 full-time position (40 hours per week); base salary during the trial period 1052 EUR before taxes, after the trial period 1105 EUR before taxes (for full-time position); employer co-financed health insurance after the trial period ends, as well as other social guarantees/benefits in accordance with work results and applicable regulatory acts; work in a creative, friendly collective; a stable, well-organized work environment.
