State Plant Protection Service announces a competition for the position of Head of Operations Department If you are interested in working in a dynamic environment in the agricultural field at an internationally recognized agronomy service with an intensive work pace, we might be waiting for you in our team! We expect you to have: Higher education in business, economics, finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a management position in state administration. Experience in public procurement and real estate management. Experience in monitoring vehicle use. State language proficiency at an advanced level. Category B driver's license. Good MS Office skills. Ability to work on intensive intellectual tasks, set priorities, and analyze information. Decision-making capability, ethical standards, result achievement, and ability to motivate employees. We will entrust you with: Management, planning, and organization of the Operations Department. Ensuring material resources for the service. Planning and organizing procurement. Monitoring the use of state property and controlling contractual obligations. Resolving real estate management issues. Monitoring vehicle use through GPS. Organizing technical staff work. Participation in working groups and commissions. We offer: Monthly salary from 2000 to 2300 EUR before tax. Responsible and dynamic work in state administration.
