Facilities Manager

Primary work location in Valka or Valmiera
We offer:

gross monthly salary corresponding to 3rd position family, Level I, during probation 780 EUR, after probation period no less than 850 EUR (depending on work performance evaluation) and social guarantees;

You will be entrusted with:
in cooperation with property managers, ensure property maintenance at real estate facilities of the Vidzeme Property Management Division;
within your competence, perform small-scale repair work on structural elements of buildings and structures (floors, windows, doors, walls, etc.) and engineering systems (water supply, sewerage, heating, ventilation, etc.), and eliminate their damage;
be familiar with information about contracts concluded by the agency for property maintenance and management;
perform operational control of equipment and engineering communications at facilities, monitor the general condition of buildings and engineering structures;
participate in work involving relocation, unloading, and loading of fixed assets, inventory, and supplies;
comply with fire safety, occupational safety, environmental protection, and other regulatory requirements at the workplace.
Our requirements:
basic education, preferably basic or secondary level professional education;
preferably at least 1 year of practical experience in repair and auxiliary work, experience in real estate management and maintenance;
preferably a plumber's or electrician's certificate;
ability to use technical and other types of equipment and work tools in performing work tasks, knowledge of fire safety and occupational safety regulations;
knowledge of Latvian language (education obtained in Latvian or A level 1st degree);
necessary "B" category driver's license.
