Facilities Manager

Madona District Cesvaines United Cesvaines Pre-School Educational Institution "Brīnumzeme" invites applications for a Facilities Manager position (0.5 FTE) at the pre-school educational institution on a permanent basis. Requirements: Secondary or vocational secondary education; state language proficiency at the highest level; Category B driver's license; ability to organize work independently; positive thinking, high sense of responsibility and accuracy; good computer skills; desired knowledge of software applications VIIS, KADRI, Lietvaris; skills in preparing various documents; ability to organize your work process while working independently, take responsibility for work results; positive attitude toward work, good communication and interpersonal skills, orderliness, accuracy; knowledge and experience in organizing maintenance work, administration and personnel management will be considered an advantage. Responsibilities: organize, supervise and manage the institution's maintenance and repair work; perform inventory and asset accounting, storage and write-off; work with computers and office software (Word, Excel), use internet capabilities and databases; ensure compliance with fire safety, sanitary and occupational safety regulations, provide a safe environment indoors and outdoors; manage and supervise technical staff; coordinate provision of outsourced maintenance services; participate in economic budget planning and execution control, coordinating fund expenditure with management; procure and supply the institution with maintenance supplies and inventory; comply with work regulations and ethical standards.
