ABOUT THE POSITION As a sawmill operator in processing, you will take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Common work activities include: operating and monitoring machines and equipment within the production line ensuring product quality through visual inspection and measurement identifying and addressing technical problems that may arise during operation performing machine adjustments and calibrations for different product categories participating in preventive maintenance and basic corrective actions ARE YOU OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER? However, work as a sawmill operator means you will be in an industrial environment where noise, physical tasks, and varying work postures occur to different degrees. You need to have good physical capacity, such as being able to work standing for extended periods and also being able to perform tasks both indoors and outdoors in different temperatures. Working with machines and moving parts requires high standards of safety and risk awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.
