We are now looking for a Safety Partner for Arlanda Airport Safety Office. Here you will have a central role in furthering Swedavia's aviation safety work together with the operation, management, and other specialists. What does the role entail? As a Safety Partner, you have an important role in further developing Swedavia's Safety Management System (SMS), with a particular focus on risk management and Management of Change (MOC). You are one of our leading specialists in SMS and risk management, and you work both strategically and operatively to ensure a proactive, structured, and effective aviation safety operation. In this role, you have overall responsibility for developing, managing, and improving approaches to identify, analyze, and manage aviation safety risks. You work closely with the operation, management, and other specialists to create conditions for safe changes and a continued strong safety culture at the airport. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to safety governance and who enjoys combining development work with operational support. You have: Several years of experience working with Safety Management Systems (SMS), risk management, and safety governance Experience in developing, managing, or improving processes within SMS Good knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk monitoring Experience leading or coordinating risk management or safety-related activities Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical and operational solutions Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Meritorious with experience in: SMS and risk management within the aviation industry Airport operations, airline operator, air traffic control (ANSP), or aviation authority Role as process owner or system responsible Driving safety development at the organizational level Regulatory dialogue and oversight ICAO Annex 19 and EASA regulations (EU 139, ADR.OR, ADR.OPS with AMC/GM) As a person, you are structured, analytical, and communicative. You find it easy to build trust, influence, and collaborate with different parts of the organization, even on complex matters. What do we offer you?
