COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the theater's communications align with current trends and technological capabilities;
Proactively organize communication with the public, informing, educating, and promoting understanding of the theater;
Promote the theater's brand and creative talent visibility and recognition;
Ensure planning and coordination of information campaigns and events;
Organize and coordinate interviews of theater representatives for television, radio, and other mass media;
Prepare press releases reflecting the theater's perspective and current developments;
Ensure and promote collaboration with theater critics and other theater representatives;
Participate in marketing and internal and external event organization.
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in communications, marketing, or related field;
One year of practical work experience in communications/marketing/public relations, preferably in arts, culture, or theater;
Desired experience in communications with advertisers, sponsors, and other business partners;
Understanding of public relations and media landscape knowledge;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Strong text editing and preparation skills tailored to audience needs;
Advanced C1 level Latvian language proficiency.

Salary during probation period: 1600.00 EUR (gross);
